Riding in December without a Jacket on.

Okay...I have never indorse anything before...NOT EVEN my damn bike...but I will endorse something today and I swear by it for any V-RODDERS.

Yesterday I took my bike out for a ride. Stereotypical nice warm sunny day in San Diego in December. I decided to ride light so decided not to wear my jacket.

I only wore the spiderman UnderArmor longsleeve training shirt and a t-shirt over it. I swear to you..this thing is AMAZING! It feels super comfortable it covers half of my neck, long sleeve and it hugs supertight to your body. The material that is used is super high tech. I ride up to Julian....the temperature dropped at 4000 feet to 35 degrees...on the way up and down...the UnderArmor kept me superwarm and protected me from the element....LOVE IT!

I'm jealous of you riding in December. It's 24 degrees and we have a foot of snow here!

Do you all ride with jackets and full face helmets? I've seen a few in the picture sections.

Not a bad idea! I have workout shirts like that too and they are comfortable. Never tried it before but I will keep it in mind. Although I have to admit I don't find alot of pleasure riding this time of year. At least in the Sierra Foothills.

This idea all started with football players and pantyhose. The old school NFL guys that play in cold regions use to wear pantyhose underneath their gear to stay warm. I did it too when I played football. IT WORKS! Nowadays you will see these pro athletes wear Under Armour all the time-especially in cold regions. The material also draws your sweat away from your skin. Good tip Trent!
